What's in Free, exactly?+
The first 3 lessons of the first course on the path we build for you at onboarding — graded exactly like the rest, with the XP kept — plus the daily drill, streaks and your teacher. It doesn't expire.
What does Pro add?+
Every course (23 today, more as they land), your full path, and no daily cap on deep hints. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel any time by writing to [support email] (a self-serve button is coming with the payment processor). You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for; nothing renews after that. Your progress and XP stay on your account either way.
What about refunds?+
Pro and the Library: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you've barely used it, and cancel any time to keep access to the end of the month. Add-ons: refundable within 14 days unless you've substantially copied or downloaded the content. The details are in the refund policy.
What's in the Library, and why isn't any of it free?+
The Library is a bootcamp for running a SaaS rather than building one: onboarding, churn, marketing with no budget, SEO, and the AI-plus-Ahrefs workflow for content. A new playbook lands every week, and the whole archive — plus the vendor explainers and the research shelf — opens the moment you subscribe. It used to be split into a free shelf and a paid one; that was two prices for one answer to the same question, so it's now one subscription at $9 a month. See what's in it.
Is the Library included in Pro?+
No, and Pro isn't included in the Library. They're separate subscriptions because they're for different things — Pro teaches you to build the product, the Library teaches you to run the business around it. Plenty of people want exactly one of those.
Do I have to take the emails?+
No. The new-playbook email is off unless you switch it on, it's one a week and nothing else, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe. Turning it off doesn't affect your subscription.
I bought the research library before — what now?+
You keep it, permanently, at no further charge. That purchase was converted into a Library subscription that never bills and never expires. Nothing to do.
Are the add-ons subscriptions?+
No — the UI library is a one-time purchase, yours for good. It doesn't need Pro, and Pro doesn't include it.
Can I use the UI library in my own products?+
Yes, including commercial ones — that's the point of it. What you can't do is resell or redistribute the library itself. See the licence terms.
