Refund policy
Last updated 2026-08-16
1.The short version
- Pro: full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you've completed less than 20% of any course beyond your free one. Later, or after that, cancel and keep access to the end of the month — no partial refunds for renewals.
- The Library: cancel any time and keep reading to the end of the month. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you've read little of it.
- Add-ons (UI library): full refund within 14 days unless you've substantially downloaded or copied the content.
- Mistakes and problems (double charge, the thing didn't work): refunded, no time limit games.
- Email [support email] from your account address. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2.Pro subscription
First 14 days. If Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, provided you haven't consumed a substantial part of what Pro unlocks — as a rule of thumb, less than 20% of the exercises in any course outside your free one. If you've gone further than that, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you've used, as EU consumer law allows for services you asked to start straight away.
After 14 days, and renewals. Cancel any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for and aren't billed again. We don't refund the remaining days of a month or a renewal that has already gone through — except when something on our side went wrong (see below), or if you cancelled before the renewal and were charged anyway, in which case we refund the renewal in full.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers). You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-service subscription. By starting Pro immediately you ask us to begin performing during that period, and you acknowledge that if you withdraw you pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. Our 14-day full refund above is at least as generous as that right, so in practice it's the one that applies.
3.The Library (monthly subscription)
The The Library renews monthly. Cancel at any time from your account: you keep reading to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. We do not pro-rate a part-used month, because you keep the access for all of it.
First payment. If you subscribe and decide within 14 days that it is not for you, write to us and we will refund that first payment in full — provided you have not read a substantial part of the archive. Opening it and looking around doesn't count.
If we stop publishing. The subscription is sold on a weekly-publication cadence. If we stop shipping new playbooks for a prolonged period without notice, ask us for a refund of the months affected and you will get one. We would rather write that sentence down than argue about it later.
4.Add-ons (one-time purchases)
The UI library is digital content, delivered instantly and yours for good. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, unless you have substantially consumed it — that means copying or downloading a substantial part of the component source. Opening it and looking around doesn't count.
Right of withdrawal. For digital content not on a physical medium, EU/UK consumer law lets you withdraw within 14 days unless you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right. Buying an add-on on the pricing page gives that consent — and our 14-day policy above still gives you a way back if you haven't substantially used it. On refund, your licence to use the library ends and you must delete copies you kept.
5.When something went wrong on our side
Charged twice, charged after cancelling, paid for something that never unlocked, or the Service was down for a meaningful part of the month you paid for: tell us and we refund or credit it, regardless of the 14 days. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content and services (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund) are not affected by anything on this page.
6.How to ask
Email [support email] from the address on your account with “Refund” in the subject and, if you like, why — it helps us fix things. No form to fill in. We reply within 3 business days and, when approved, refund to your original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take a few more days to show it.
A refund of Pro drops your account back to Free at once; a refund of an add-on removes it from your account. Your progress, XP and streak are never touched.
Note while there is no payment processor: purchases made through the mock checkout on the pricing page never charge a card, so there's nothing to refund — but write in if you want one removed from your account.
7.Fair use of this policy
This policy exists so trying Saasworld is risk-free, not as a way to work through courses for free. We may decline a refund if a pattern of buying, using and refunding appears, and we'll say why. See also the Terms of service.
